Opera Cake

This is a classic chocolate-coffee layered cake with a dark chocolate glaze that I believe was first made in the 1930s for an important French-American reception held at the Paris Opera. Available flavours: Raspberry and Praline, Coffee, Pistachio, Nougat and Wasabi & Chocolate.

Carrot Cake

Carrot cake is a sweet and moist spiced cake full of cut carrots, nuts and covered in cream cheese icing.

Price is €3 per person (minimum size 8 pers)


Made with 70 % dark Chocolate drops, very moist and yummy

Paris Brest

Paris-Brest is a French dessert, made of choux pastry and a praline flavoured crème patissiere ( Custard). The pastry was created in 1891 to commemorate the Paris Brest Paris bicycle race. Its circular shape is representative of a wheel.

Mille Feuille

The mille-feuille ( “thousand sheets”), vanilla slice, custard slice, also known as the Napoleon.

Traditionally, a mille-feuille is made up of three layers of puff pastry (pâte feuilletée), alternating with two layers of pastry cream(crème pâtissière), The top pastry layer is glazed with fondant in alternating white (icing) and chocolate stripes, and combed.

Saint Honore

A circle of cooked shortcrust, sponge or puff pastrywith a circle of choux pastry piped around the edge, topped with choux buns filled with whipped cream or crème patissiere ( custard) and coated with caramel
